Random thoughts from a severe preeclampsia survivor and two time NICU mom who passionately believes in helping to find a cure for her daughters' genetic disorder: Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.
When I was feeling it yesterday with Grace laying on my lap, it feels like it's on the upper limits of her thyroid. BUT- from looking at those pictures... it could be even higher than that. More near her hyoid bone perhaps. Above the thyroid, there's only a bunch of muscles surrounding one little bone (hyoid) that the entire larynx is suspended from. I'm glad you got into the doc so fast! It is rather big! Of course, I've got all my fingers crossed and even Lia's paws crossed that everything turns out okay. :)
Yes, try not to worry too much until you figure out what it is! I'll be keeping you in my thoughts though! I hope it's nothing!
That's great you got in so soon. Friday cannot come soon enough.
Keeping you guys in thoughts and prayers that everything will be just fine. Hang in there. (((hugs)))
So glad you're getting in so quickly! I hope you hear good news very soon. Lots of prayers coming your way Jen!
Have they ever detected what the Lump on your daughter's throat was? because I have that same Lump on my throat and I have no clue what it is.
